Meet the person behind the work

Business understanding. Applied AI.

I’m Bobby Neishman. I bring seven years of experience across public and corporate accounting to building internal tools and processes for businesses.

Accounting provides the lens: understand revenue, costs, margins, and the work behind the numbers. My proficiency with AI tools helps turn that understanding into systems a business can use.

I also built AI Academy, where I teach people how to use AI. For hands-on engagements, the same practical approach starts with your business and the result worth improving.

Built for an existing business

You’ve built something real. Let’s understand its next move.

A good fit

  • You already have paying customers and an offer.
  • You have business, customer, or lead data to work from.
  • You want clearer priorities and measurable improvement.
  • You’re willing to implement a process with your team.

A different starting point may suit you better if…

  • You haven’t launched or served customers yet.
  • You’re mainly looking for AI education or content creation.
  • You need unlimited custom software development.

How the engagement works

Analysis and implementation, together.

Initial engagement

Revenue Super Intelligence + Growth System

Review the business, choose one priority, and put one agreed Growth System into operation. The analysis determines what we build.

  • A written opportunity brief with a starting point to measure.
  • An agreed implementation scope, timeline, and responsibilities.
  • One working process, with the tools and automation it needs.
  • A documented handoff and measures to review the result.

Optional monthly relationship

Continuous Growth

After the initial system is live, decide whether an ongoing relationship is useful. This is a separate agreement.

  • A monthly performance review against the starting point.
  • A short list of priorities and agreed refinements.
  • Clear next actions for Bobby and your team.
  • A separate scope for substantial new systems or development.

Investment, delivery dates, access, and support are agreed before work starts. You bring business context, relevant information, and time to review decisions. Bobby leads the analysis and agreed implementation.

  2. 02Choose a time to discuss the opportunity if there’s a fit.
  3. 03Agree on the engagement before work begins.

Before we talk

  • What happens after I fill out the questionnaire?

Your answers are saved for Bobby to review. Owners and co-owners of businesses with paying customers can choose a call time directly on this page. You don’t need to know which system you need or be ready to start a project. Your priorities and preferred type of help guide the conversation. If you don’t have paying customers yet or are learning as a team member, we suggest AI Academy as a self-guided starting point.

  • What will we cover on the call?

We’ll discuss your business, what you want to improve, and the information available. Then we’ll work out whether an engagement makes sense. The call helps define the work; the full business analysis is part of the paid engagement.

  • What do I receive from the initial engagement?

A written opportunity brief, one agreed implementation scope, a working Growth System, and a documented handoff with measures to review. The system could address follow-up, customer relationships, delivery, or profitability. The analysis determines the priority.

  • How long does the work take?

We agree on the timeline after reviewing the opportunity, available data, and required access. The scope names the milestones and your responsibilities before work begins. There is no single delivery period for every business.

  • What does it cost?

Investment is discussed on the call once we understand your needs. You receive the proposed scope and terms before deciding to proceed. Filling out the questionnaire or booking the initial conversation does not commit you to an engagement.

  • What information or access will you need?

We start with relevant business records and a walkthrough of your process. We agree on access and permissions before implementation. Do not put passwords, payment details, or your customers’ personal information in the questionnaire.

  • What if my data is incomplete or my tools are basic?

Tell us what you have. The analysis can begin with your existing records and process, then identify gaps. We’ll discuss whether there is enough information to choose and measure a useful improvement before agreeing on implementation.

  • Do I need a monthly agreement?

No. The initial engagement covers the analysis and one scoped implementation. Continuous Growth is an optional monthly relationship for performance reviews and agreed refinements. Substantial new systems and ongoing support need an agreed scope.
