If proposals stall after they’re sent
Proposal Conversion System
A clear follow-up process, relevant responses, and visibility into which proposals need attention.
Replies, proposal conversion, and sales cycle.
One methodology. A focused next move.
Business growth consulting starts with how your business makes money. We identify the opportunity worth pursuing, then improve the process and build the workflow automation it needs. Continuous Growth keeps the work moving after implementation.

Tell me what you’ve built and what you’d like to improve. If the engagement is a fit, choose a time to discuss your business. The conversation helps us scope the analysis; it is not the full diagnostic.
About 3 minutes. No payment required. Investment is discussed on the call.Diagnose. Implement. Optimize.
One initial engagement brings the analysis and implementation together. Continue with monthly improvement when it makes sense for your business.
One illustrative example below follows a proposal follow-up opportunity through all three stages. Your analysis determines the system and scope.
Initial engagement · Stage 1
What should we improve?
Analyze how the business makes money. Prioritize the opportunity with the strongest case for improvement.
A priority, a starting point to measure, and a recommended Growth System.

Initial engagement · Stage 2
How do we capture it?
Install a repeatable system configured for the opportunity. Put the process, tools, and handoff into operation.
A scoped implementation, a team handoff, and a way to track the result.

Optional monthly relationship
What should improve next?
Review performance as the business changes. Refine the system and identify the next opportunity worth pursuing.
Monthly analysis, clear priorities, and improvements within the agreed scope.

01 / Revenue Super Intelligence
Follow how customers enter, buy, receive value, return, and grow with your business. Then examine what becomes profit. Each step informs what to improve next.
Follow the business, step by step
Select a step to exploreStep 01 / 06 Acquire
Trace where your customers and qualified opportunities come from. Understand which sources bring people who are ready to buy.
What we examine
What this clarifies
A clearer view of where demand comes from and which sources deserve attention.
These six steps guide the analysis. The depth depends on your business and available data. We then prioritize one opportunity and agree on the Growth System to address it.
Follow the money through the business
From the first opportunity to cash in the bank, each handoff can reveal room for improvement. These are questions to investigate, not assumptions about your business.
From opportunity to cash in the bank
Select a step to exploreStep 01 / 06 Demand
The flow starts with people who have a reason to buy. Review whether the business attracts enough relevant opportunities to support the next stage.
What moves through this step
Where money can get held up
Too few qualified opportunities, or demand from people who are unlikely to buy.
Find the leak. Standardize the fix. Automate the fix.
Revenue Super Intelligence identifies the priority. A scoped Growth System puts the repeatable process into operation. Continuous Growth can then track performance and help decide what to improve next.
02 / Growth System
We diagnose your business individually. The implementation starts from repeatable frameworks, templates, and workflows, then fits them to your process and team.
Configured to the opportunity
The deliverables depend on the opportunity. We agree on one implementation scope and how to measure it before building.
These illustrate the kinds of Growth Systems an analysis could recommend. They are scoped responses to a diagnosed opportunity.
If proposals stall after they’re sent
A clear follow-up process, relevant responses, and visibility into which proposals need attention.
Replies, proposal conversion, and sales cycle.
If existing relationships have more potential
A repeatable way to identify customers worth reconnecting with, communicate a relevant offer, and route responses.
Qualified conversations, returning customers, and revenue captured.
If revenue and margin tell different stories
A clearer view of the revenue, time, and costs attached to each customer or service, with a process for reviewing them.
Customer margin, delivery time, and unbilled work.
03 / Continuous Growth
Once the system is live, your business keeps changing. In an optional monthly relationship, we analyze performance, recommend the next improvements, and refine the system within the agreed scope.

How the engagement works
Initial engagement
Review the business, choose one priority, and put one agreed Growth System into operation. The analysis determines what we build.
Optional monthly relationship
After the initial system is live, decide whether an ongoing relationship is useful. This is a separate agreement.
Investment, delivery dates, access, and support are agreed before work starts. You bring business context, relevant information, and time to review decisions. Bobby leads the analysis and agreed implementation.
Meet the person behind the work
I’m Bobby Neishman. I bring seven years of experience across public and corporate accounting to building internal tools and processes for businesses.
Accounting provides the lens: understand revenue, costs, margins, and the work behind the numbers. My proficiency with AI tools helps turn that understanding into systems a business can use.
I also built AI Academy, where I teach people how to use AI. For hands-on engagements, the same practical approach starts with your business and the result worth improving.
Your answers are saved for Bobby to review. Owners and co-owners of businesses with paying customers can choose a call time directly on this page. You don’t need to know which system you need or be ready to start a project. Your priorities and preferred type of help guide the conversation. If you don’t have paying customers yet or are learning as a team member, we suggest AI Academy as a self-guided starting point.
We’ll discuss your business, what you want to improve, and the information available. Then we’ll work out whether an engagement makes sense. The call helps define the work; the full business analysis is part of the paid engagement.
A written opportunity brief, one agreed implementation scope, a working Growth System, and a documented handoff with measures to review. The system could address follow-up, customer relationships, delivery, or profitability. The analysis determines the priority.
We agree on the timeline after reviewing the opportunity, available data, and required access. The scope names the milestones and your responsibilities before work begins. There is no single delivery period for every business.
Investment is discussed on the call once we understand your needs. You receive the proposed scope and terms before deciding to proceed. Filling out the questionnaire or booking the initial conversation does not commit you to an engagement.
We start with relevant business records and a walkthrough of your process. We agree on access and permissions before implementation. Do not put passwords, payment details, or your customers’ personal information in the questionnaire.
Tell us what you have. The analysis can begin with your existing records and process, then identify gaps. We’ll discuss whether there is enough information to choose and measure a useful improvement before agreeing on implementation.
No. The initial engagement covers the analysis and one scoped implementation. Continuous Growth is an optional monthly relationship for performance reviews and agreed refinements. Substantial new systems and ongoing support need an agreed scope.
